AT SUNSET EVES CHIHUAHUAS, WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN PERSONALLY DELIVERING ALL OUR PUPPIES TO THEIR NEW HOMES. WE POUR OUR HEARTS AND SOULS INTO BREEDING AND RAISING OUR PUPPIES, SO WE WOULD NEVER PUT OUR PRECIOUS PUPPIES INTO THE HANDS OF SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN OURSELVES FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW FURRY FAMILY MEMBER. WE ALSO OFFER LOCAL PICKUP FOR THOSE FOLKS WHO ARE LOCAL OR PREFER TO MEET THEIR NEW PUPPY IN PERSON. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Return & Exchange Policy
All deposits and any money paid on a puppy are non-refundable and non-transferable. The only way you will receive a refund is if your puppy becomes deceased in Sunset Eves Chihuahuas care. I do not guarantee that any puppy we sell is anything but "Pet Quality". I do not guarantee size, color, disposition or breeding ability. Our guarantee does not include poisoning, accidents, negligence or behavioral problems, as training philosophies and environments vary amongst individuals. At time of sale, seller states that this puppy is healthy to the best of her knowledge. Once the puppy leaves the seller's premises, the puppy is under buyer's control, and the puppy is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Notice of any problem with this puppy must be received within 48 hours under the terms and conditions listed below:
Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by reputable Veterinarian within three business days from the time of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for this examination and any other charges incurred from this examination. If this Veterinarian determines that there is a major problem with the puppy, the puppy may be returned within 72 hours following the diagnosis. This excludes internal and external parasites. The Buyer understands that intestinal parasites (including hookworms, roundworms, whip worms, coccidia, and giardia) are considered a normal occurrence in all puppies and need regular fecal exams and deworming up to 16 weeks of age or more. Seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a Veterinarian of seller's choice, before exchange is made, and a replacement puppy is given Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any life-threatening Genetic Defects as long as the terms of this contract have been followed. A written statement from a licensed veterinarian will be required if a life-threatening genetic defect is found. The seller is entitled to take the dog to a veterinarian of choice for a second opinion. Should the dog die in the care of the buyer, a Necropsy report determining the cause of death will be required.
